Directions
For adults, take one (1) coated tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Warnings
If you are pregnant, nursing or taking any medications, consult your doctor before use. If any adverse reactions occur, immediately stop using this product and consult your doctor. If seal under cap is damaged or missing, do not use. Store in a cool, dry place. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under the age of six. KEEP THIS PRODUCT OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In the event of an accidental overdose, call a doctor or Poison Control Center immediately.
